Description
The DI814 Digital Input Module has 16 channels for 24 V d.c. digital inputs configured for current sourcing. The inputs are divided into two isolated groups of eight channels with a voltage supervision input for each group. Each input channel provides current limiting, EMC protection, input state LED indicator, and optical isolation. Current sourcing configuration is used when field devices provide a dry contact or sinking output. The module performs self-diagnostic cyclically.
